If at any time you aren’t satisfied with our product, please contact us at any of the methods of contact listed at the bottom of this page or through our ‘contact us’ page on this site. We will work with you to ensure your guaranteed satisfaction through a full refund or replacement. Shipping charges may be charged.

Full refund for all damaged products.

East Coast Provisions

While we do not accept returns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will replace any items damaged in shipment. Please use the contact form on our website to reach out with any issues.

Hallstedt Homestead Cherries

If you are not satisfied with the cherries, we will replace them with a new order as the harvest permits. We will contact the receiving party in June to ensure someone is available at the shipping address who will HOLD them for the designated recipient and not devour them all to themselves.

Honeymoon Chocolates

We do not accept returns of chocolate. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at contact@hmchocolates.com. Please include your order number and phone number.

Hubbard Peanut Company

We always choose the best of the harvest, but if for any reason you are not happy with an item shipped directly from us, please call our customer as soon as possible at 1-800-889-7688. Refunds or reshipments for product may be made to the purchaser of the item. Please, keep in mind that agricultural products may vary.

All purchases are final. Any concerns, please email info@idleroasting.com.

Meats by Linz

Perishable products cannot be returned. In the event of a shipping delay that causes the contents to no longer be wholesome, a reshipment or refund will be processed.

If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), you must send us an email to millerorganicswi@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving stating the reason for return.

Items can be returned provided they are in the original packaging. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If products are damaged or defective the buyer can choose to have replacement item(s) sent or request a refund.

We want you to be completely satisfied. We make it our goal to provide you with the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product please contact us (within 4 days of receiving your item). Please not that nuts are a naturally perishable item.

30 Days return with no questions asked. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please keep used probes in exchanges.

The Bitter Housewife

We do not accept returns of any products.
If your product is damaged or destroyed during the shipping process, we will be happy to either send you a replacement or refund you for the damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact us via email - info@thebitterhousewife.com with your order number and whether you'd like a replacement or refund and we'll get you taken care of.
If you live in areas with below-freezing temperatures, please be sure to check your shipping notice for tracking information and bring packages of Bitters & Soda in as quickly as possible. Frozen cans will burst, and we can’t be held responsible for damage caused by packages left out in the cold.
